Dave Martin is Managing Partner of, and majority owner of, FrameWorks.

An Oklahoma native (go Sooners), Dave "Big 4’d" his way through his 20s, 30s, and 40s before a cycling accident shifted (literally) all his gears. After a 15-month recovery, Dave returned to work refocused on the contributions that mid-market consultancies and boutique firms make to their industries.

Dave became majority owner of FrameWorks in 2018. He holds a portfolio of advisory and consulting firms in niche markets and considers himself lucky to spend every day working with value-creators at the tops of their games.

Dave still cycles but strongly recommends against running broadside into a moose and then tumbling down a mountainside in Glacier National Park; this makes for a bad day for both cyclist and moose.
